The Academy was created to rebalance opportunities for higher musical education between North and South Italy, creating a center of excellence in Southern Italy connected to international networks. It serves as a bridge between the Conservatory and the profession, providing musicians with the practical tools needed to enter the job market.

 

Here, the study is not limited to technique, but is complemented by awareness, planning, and direct interaction with the real dynamics of the sector.
